Jing that energy that keeps you going all day

Ever felt totally wiped out? You find yourself eating junk food and nothing is getting you out of that funk?  That stuck to the floor kind of feeling like someone needs to peel you off?  Why is it that some days you can do anything and you have a ton of energy and other days not so much?  Think back to what you are eating.  That energy that keeps you going on long, hard days is called 'Jing' in Chinese medicine.
